At SelfDesign Learning Community, we provide services for all learners who need additional support to maximize their learning opportunities. Our learning consultants, who are all BC certified educators, work with learners, families and SelfDesign’s Family Services team to identify and support each learner’s individual needs.
The Village of Conversations is a safe, secure online forum is a gathering place for all members of our community to connect with each other, form friendships, ask questions, discuss resources, and be supported by each other and by SelfDesign’s B.C. certified educators.

SelfDesign Learning Community has unique ways of meeting the Ministry of Education guidelines for communicating student learning. We approach assessing, documenting and reporting on learning through a series of learning communications.
Genius Hour brings learners together to show and talk about what they’re doing in their learning lives, ask questions, share ideas and deepen their understanding of the notion of “genius.”
